Santa Ana, CA- DRUG TRAFFICKING:
Client charged with the sale of 30,000 tabs of X to federal law enforcement undercover officers. He was caught with the drugs after a long surveillance of his activities.
Result: Mr. Bernstein successfully negotiated a disposition whereas the client will receive 16 months with time off for good behavior at half time. He plead guilty to a simple possession charge and is expected to be home in less than 7 months.
